International Intensive ACTP Training Programme

This training is for you who is passionate about helping others to advance in their professional career and personal development. You are goal - oriented and want to achieve the best and highest results both for yourself and for others. You are committed to focus your energy and drive for reaching this goal. No matter if you already work as a coach or if you have a management or leadership position this training will definitely improve your leadership and coaching skills.
Our intention is to equip you with the best professional tools in the field of coaching and leadership.
Programme
This is an Intensive - 16 days training to be completed within 1 year. It runs for two consecutive days per month. The first 8 days are basic coach training. The second part of the training we proceed with advanced level during for 8 days. The training ends with an oral exam administered by CoachCompanion. This will be followed by registration at ICF.
The entire training is based on the core competences as defined by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) for professional coaches on a global market.
Content
- 16 training days, between 9.00 am - 5 pm each day, two days in a row
- 10 individual mentor coaching sessions with a professional coach on the level of Professional Certified Coach (PCC). Mentor coaching sessions will take place between the coach training days through phone or Skype or Zoom.
- Feedback from a professional coach during training, days: 2, 4 and 6
- Oral exam through phone, Skype or Zoom
- Support with ICF registration
To fulfil the requirement for ICF credentialing the participant also need practical training during the certification programme. Your trainer and mentor coach will guide you throughout the whole process by providing you with all the necessary support to reach your goal to become an ICF certified coach on ACC or PCC level.

* ICF registration for the international credentialing is not included in the price.
