About CoachCompanion South Africa

CoachCompanion was established in Sweden to exclusively offer professional coaching since 2005. The company now operates in Sweden, Finland, Romania and South Africa.

CoachCompanion is one of the few coaching companies to be fully accredited by the largest coaching organization in the world, the International Coaching Federation (ICF). We are as an Accredited Coach Training Program (ACTP).

We have many years of experience in professional coaching and training coaches. As a result, we are able to offer effective and result-driven national and international coaching and training interventions.

CoachCompanion can administer oral assessments for our trainee coaches who take our ACTP.

ICF credits 80 coaching hours to our trainees who wish to take the online written assessment for the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential of the ICF. They may later take online written assessment for the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) of the ICF.

We use our own unique model, the Propeller ® which combines the roles of manager, leader and coach as interdependent and complementary to each other for a greater outcome.
